Sorby House is a state of the art office space at the heart of Burngreave, Sheffield. Burngreave New Deal for Communities funded its £4.5m transformation from a tired 1960s block to a flexible first-class contemporary mixed-use space for businesses and local services.  The refurbished building is designed to be carbon neutral, and uses natural air conditioning, passive heating and high insulation levels.
