Sorby House is at the start of its £3.9m transformation from a tired 1960s block to a flexible first-class contemporary mixed-use space for businesses and local services.  The refurbishment represents a key element in Burngreave New Deal for Communities Partnership’s (BNDfC) planned transformational projects.

Work is scheduled for completion autumn 2007.  This website will document the process of redevelopment.
